Harlow Cycle shelter

The Harlow is a modern symmetrical larger capacity cycle shelter design featuring twin

splayed support struts with dramatic clean curves to create a dynamic contemporary

structure. The sweeping lines of the anti-climb frame design blends well in most urban

streetscapes.

The shelter allows for provision of two rows of cycle stands inside which can be accessed

from both sides. A standard five meter long shelter can accommodate 24 cycles.

It’s ideally suited to schools, colleges, universities and commercial office blocks alike.

This robust modular design can be clad with either PETG glazing to the load bearing roof

purlins in clear, opaque or bronze or a corrugated metal roof cladding profile in the

Colourcoat HPS200 range of standard colours and profiles.

The standard design can have either a submerged ground fixing or a standard base plate

fix. Most cycle stands and racks can be installed inside this shelter design.

Construction:

Welded twin end frame assembly featuring twin splayed 90 mm dia. CHS supports with

50 * 50 mm SHS roof purlins all supplied in ‘flat pack’ form for assembly on site with

anti-tamper, high strength bolts.

Hot dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461: 2009 as standard.

Dimensions:- Height 4316 mm at apex, width 4200 mm

Standard lengths 4100 mm, 5100 mm length, with alternative lengths and configurations

made to order.

Options:-

PETG glazing to roof in clear, opaque or bronze

Corrugated metal roof cladding, Colourcoat HPS200 profile in a range of standard colours

Shelter can be configured to BREEAM standards

Range of racks or stands

Steel framework can be polyester powder coated in most standard RAL colours
