Two tier cycle rack

Innovative space saving cycle rack system which allows cycles to be stored one above each other to maximize cycle storage within a given space.

Cycles are loaded onto the top tier with a pull down handle which allows cycles to be easily loaded to the top tier and secured into position by cyclists.

The modular space saving system can be extended to at any time and can be supplied as a single row configuration against a wall or ‘back to back’ i.e two rows.

This cycle rack system is available in either 375 mm centres or 400 mm.

Features:-

Staggered troughs (high/low positions) allow for varying cycle hand bars to avoid clashing and make optimal use of space with front and back wheel supports.

Will accommodate most bicycle designs.

Free-standing hot-dipped galvanized steel to BS EN ISO 1461: 2009 for corrosion protection.

Locking point, handle and tilt mechanism optionally powder coated in the colour of your choice.

Centre line spacing between bikes 400mm as standard (25mm greater than minimum recommended), bespoke sizes available on request

Maintenance-free 4-roller system for easy lifting on upper section

Static gutter rails for lower bike parking with Sloping positions to save bending. These lower

Positions are liftable for the purpose of cleaning underneath unique depression channel on every position to suit all bike tyre sizes to keep the cycles stable and in an upright position, double sided use does not hinder each cycle stability

Frame and wheel locking points for a secure way to store your bike to enable different bike users to use 230mm U-Lock or 900mm chain lock

Units can be assembled with Security Fixings to enhance security against risk of theft

Dimensions:– 1810 mm depth x 2060 mm height (2490 mm with cycle)

2700 mm height clearance required, 1500 mm minimum walkway required for access.

Options:–

Polyester powder coating to most standard RAL or BS 4800 range colours.

Can be manufactured in sets of banks to order.
